CANCELLATION POLICY

At Skin Poetry, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. In order to protect the integrity of my schedule and respect other clients who may be waiting for availability, the following policy is in place: Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours A fee of 25% of the scheduled service total will be charged. Same-day cancellations or reschedules A fee of 50% of the scheduled service total will be charged. No-shows Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. A valid card on file is required to secure all appointments.
