Cancellation Policy
Skin Poetry requires a deposit for all appointments via Zelle or Venmo. This deposit will we deducted from your service total at checkout.
$25 deposit for all facial services
$50 deposit for Fibroblast & Permanent makeup services
Any cancelations within 24 hours will be charged for 20% of appointment cost. Note that you will also be charged this fee if you arrive 15 minutes late.
